To start off the New Year I am going to share a link to a cd that I made for family and friends this past Christmas. From a composer to a composer: I really like the fanfare! I will listen to the rest when I get a chance later. I thought I was watching Sparticus! Beautiful brass writing!

Thanks for sharing your present to the family with your Garritan family.

    Best Regards,
    Bill

Thanks for listening Bill! "Fanfare for Earth" was my very first post here on the Garritan forum, and if you liked that one just wait until you reach the brass work called "Pilot Mountain" which features a solo trumpet at the beginning.

Thank ya Randy, anything for a friend to make his New Year even happier. I’m not sure though if these are my "greatest hits," or maybe just my most "convenient hits."

As promised, I got as far as no. 4. Outstanding work so far. Of nr. 3 I liked the "..Calf" the most. But that women's choir in no. 4 is really something. Later this day for the rest of it.

All done and with great joy and emotion. You really can get the brasses sound!!! Top performance.
Some pieces tend a little bit to "cinematic" effects, right now I am listening to the last one (Wrath of Fire).
Some pieces are really moving - like the ones from Remembrance.

An invitation to other users, please listen to those great recordings, you will love them!!!

    My sincere admiration,

    Raymond
