    How do you trigger JABB key switches in Finale?

    I am using Finale 2011 and the new Garritan JABB voices, but I'm frustrated that I can't get Finale to switch on and off the brass mutes on my KS voices. I am using Human Playback, and I've read everything in the Finale help files, but I can't get any of the voice variations to happen using the expression tool. Which controller switches the voice variations?

    Any advice?

    Thanks!

    Re: How do you trigger JABB key switches in Finale?

    Hi...
    Are you using the Wizard to create your scores? If not, you should.
    Are you using a font not supplied with Finale?
    Are you using the standard libraries, or did you create your own?
    Did you install the needed .txt and .xml files?

    For better or worse, HP may be sensitive to font and source of the library, and needs the .txt files.

    If you can send a file or a piece of one, I can look at it.

    [QUOTE=snorlax;665959]Hi...
    Are you using the Wizard to create your scores? If not, you should. Why does this matter?
    Are you using a font not supplied with Finale? No
    Are you using the standard libraries, or did you create your own? Expression libraries? I've created many of my own. I guess I shouldn't be, huh?
    Did you install the needed .txt and .xml files? Where are these found, and how are they installed? Are they not installed with Finale 2011?
    For better or worse, HP may be sensitive to font and source of the library, and needs the .txt files.

    If you can send a file or a piece of one, I can look at it.

    Thanks very much for your time and expertise!
