Hyperlinked text

For me, hyperlinked text appears as normal text in the forums (no underlining/alternate colour). Do any of you have the same issue?

Thanks!

Yes. I would appreciate hyperlinks being underlined and on this forum they do not appear so.
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice there is.

Okay,

I contacted admin about it. Hopefully there is a simple fix (maybe we just have a certain setting turned off--or maybe it's a global problem of epic proportions). Only time will tell.

I too think a hyper text link should be blue and underlined.
I also don't like that the topic title is in big bold black letters in every post.

Thanks Tim!

Don't mind the bold subject line, but the lack of what-is-a-link is a problem. No one wants to mouse around the page/message to see if something is "live".

But, this is progress.

Feel better?

Thought so.

masimon - that's the kinda link I'm lookin' for!

here's my test:

http://www.garritan.com

now...how do you hide the hypertext and make your own "click here" text?
I tried Garritan and couldn't get it to work.

Randy - how does one hide the html when making a link in a post? I can't seem to figure it out.
