    I can't help but think that if this were worded in a slightly less accusatory manner, it might achieve a better end result.

    You're probably right. But I have lost all patience. This has been an ongoing issue for nearly 3 weeks. I have lost all patience with the company.

    Sorry for the trouble resolving the issue with the lost cd and serial. So that we can help you get you what you need, please send an email (you could just copy and paste this forum post if you wanted) to support@garritan.com and include your name and contact information. I'd do this myself but I don't have either your name or contact information. It sounds like you got caught in a forwarding loop between three companies without us being aware of it.
