    I really enjoy this. Food is important for health. We should eat more nutritious food because they boost our metabolism. More junk food is really dangerous for health. We should not eat quick because chew the food is best way for digesting.

    Health Is Wealth !! Eat nutritious food. Avoid high calorie intake & oily & spicy stuffs which are harmful for health. Fiborous food is very good for body. Drink much water as you can. Make walk & exercise your habit.
