Can't answer directly (as I have no idea), but I can suggest that you look in these two places, if you haven't already:

    Judson

    my setup has a Asus P5N32-E nForce 680i SLI Chipset LGA775 FSB1333 DDR2 Mainboard(Quad-Core Supports).

Sofar it seems to be working fine (no BSOD, hangups etc).

    My system:
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 (2.13GHz, 1066FSB 2X 1MB L2 Cache EM64T
    2 x CD burners (Pioneer DVR-111)
    FLoppy
    12in1 flashmedia reader
    2 x 250GB HD (SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 8MB Cache 7200RPM )
    1 x Monitor, keyboard, mouse
    MOBO: (Quad-Core Supports) Asus P5N32-E nForce 680i SLI Chipset LGA775 FSB1333 DDR2
    4 GB RAM dual channel, 2 X 2GB sticks
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE 256MB 16X PCI EXPRESS VIDEO CARD
ULTRA ATX power supply (700 Watts XVS modular)
    OS: WINPRO 32bit, SP2.
M-Audio Audiophile 192 PCI audio card.
Various keyboards controllers etc (PC88MX, U20, Gala CD900)

No tweaks done to OS (or anything, everything sofar is stock standard). Also no overclocking, overvoltage done yet.

    GS3 Ensemble
Still using the sample libraries that came with GS (I have just started with this so I am very much a newbie..;-)
1 HD is used for the OS and GS3 and the other is used purely for sample libraries.

Sofar this seems to work. I have set the voices to 160 and get the processor load only up to 33% with about 20% of memory usage.

    Next expansion steps:
Additional monitor (to make it easier to display everything)
Additional HD (to install an additional WINPRO for everyday stuff like Outlook, Internet etc)
Additional audio cards (for more voices ?? not sure about this one though)

Hope this helps and please feel free to ask me anything about this..

Have lots of fun ( I know I am..:-)
    Lucas
