    An Update...

I just posted an update in the sticky section of this forum but here it is posted again:

Here's the Latest Update of the Update on the Update of the Update:

    The Group Buy
Last months group buy was very successful resulting in over 1,600 sales. Just about every order has been shhipped (except a few where there were problems with the order).
    The Gofriller Cello
We received the master disc from Native Instruments at NAMM and are in the process of testing. If everything works okay, it is off to the manufacturer and then to market.
The GPO and JABB Mac Intel/ Kontakt 2 updates
The new updates are taking longer than we had imagined. There were some critical bugs in the Kontakt 2 player and this has delayed the release. These bugsa affected the functionality and we did not want to release the library with them. Native Instruments has assured us these bugs are now fixed. We are awaiting the fixed version to test and if all checks out, the libraries will be encoded and available as a free download. Hopefully it will be soon.
The Concert and Marching Band Library
The programming has been done. Again we are awaiting the new player and when we get it and everything checks out, we can have this encoded and manufactured.
    General MIDI (GEM)
Some changes on the part of the NI and we had to do some changes. GEM will not be able to open up in Bandstand as we originally had hoped. We should finish this fairly soon in the Kontakt 2 player.
    Steinway
We previewed the Steinway at NAMM and many people commented it was the best sampled piano they had heard. Tthe new player is solid and we still have a few weeks left of fine tuning.
    Other projects
There are quite a few in the works. With our own player we are entering a new era and many things are possible now.

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for your patience and your support.

Hehehehe! There's a question I think all of us made ourselves... and you know which one is:

    (drum roll...)

What about GOS2? Is it gonna be released for K2 player, or the new Sampler? When can we except it?

    Sorry, I couldn't resist.

You can make an exception of it any time you like!

As Roald Dahl's Veruca Salt said "I want it NOW!" But alas, I guess we just need to be a little more patient. Thanks Gary for the update.

Do we see another "group buy" in the forecast?

Yes, now I remember! With all this new schtuffs coming up, will one have to up grade their PC systems? I'll tell ya, if that's the case ... my system is all backed up!
