in memory of Peter Boyle, the Garritan Stradivari

I did this theme from Young Frankenstein by ear.
Perhaps one of the funniest movies of all time.
    The lovely Garritan Strad!

Dan, you and that Strad were made for each
    other.

The sound on this is... delectatious! It reminds
the ear of the finest chocolates, served from a
    tray of black velvet.

Beautiful work, my friend; give us more of it!

    Nice Dan!!

We have a family tradition of watching a classic comedy every New Year's Day with friends of ours. One year, of course, it was Young Frankenstein. What an incredibly funny movie. Your realization of the theme is spot on!

    Congrats!

That was a wonderful presentation. I haven't seen that movie in quite some time and your rendition of that theme by the Strad really brought it all back. It's an excellent presentation masterfully mixed. Thanks DPDan!

That's really nice, Mr. Dan. It's just an excellent rendering. Don't stop there. We want to hear more, more.

Dan, that is absolutely glorious! Perfection!

I have "Young Frankenstein" on DVD.. sheer work of art. (When I learned of the death of Madeline Kahn, in 1999, it was one of those rare occasions when I actually cried for the loss of someone I'd never even met.)

David, your wording is always so elegant and thought out. I am thrilled that you like it as much as I like chocolate.

Jack, your admiration for me is more than I deserve. If it moved you to tears, then this violin is doing it's job. Thank you to my number one fan ,,, he he he

Jim, Young Frankenstein is hilarious I agree. I am so glad you like it, thank you.

Rich, the theme for Young Frankenstein is indeed gorgeous.
Thank you very much for your positive posts on this forum.

Larry, thank you! If I know you, you recognized the theme right away.
Thanks Larry, and of course you know I am still thinking about you daily.

Vic, I know exactly how you feel. These people in movies probably never know just how much joy they bring into our lives. When Peter Sellers (Pink Panther) and Dudley Moore (Arthur) died, I cried too.
Thanks for listening and posting Vic!

The violin sounds great, and the background instruments add a lot to the overall sound. I wish I could afford the 'strad', but I have already spent more than I can afford on music software. I am looking forward to you creating more of this type of sound. Thanks -Jay

    Thank you Jay.
Just like any real instrument, we get better every time we play it.

    Thanks for listening,
    Dan
