    "Flute Suite" (First Movement)

    This is the first movement of my "Flute Suite".

    Even if the mixture of less and more acoustic instruments and the very wet reverberation sounds sometime strange (I should reduce it a little if possible, but it's a matter of taste also), the music is anyway well exposed in this post, and the solo flute part already brilliant.

    It's a suite in three parts with a different treatment for each part.

    I agree about the excessive reverb and I will remix and eliminate a large part of it.

    Delightful flute writing in this, Larry.

    With Fabio, I would think perhaps slightly less
    reverb. This is reasonably quick tempo; and
    a thumbrule I find useful is, faster the tempo,
    the less reverb. After all, be a shame to
    lose all those nice articulations!

    Enjoyed this one, Larry, very upbeat.

    I always find it hard to write beatiful happy music. But this was really refreshing. Great work.
