    Angry Hell(p) with Trumpets =(

You've all had it, Machine gun. How do you all get around this? I need some really good answers. I'm posting a clip of what i need, but cannot seem to achieve.

EDIT: Something I thought of tonight, The JABB trumpets seem to have a nice sound when played in stacatto, but seem too...as Sean put it, "Squeaky" for Orchestral. Think EQ and a GPO Aggresive Overlay would help?

    hi
Well, the only idea that I have would be to use trumpet 1 ens and trumpet 2 ens on alternating notes. Maybe the aggressive overlay on the accented notes. Sorry, it's all I can think of right now.
    Good luck

Oh I dont forget em, just sometimes in certain passages, that actually becomes too noticable, and sounds unrealistic. >_<

Did you try varying the velocity of the repeated notes? Noone ever tongues with the exact same attack on every note.

That's an Idea. Seems to be helping so far =D

Ive noticed that I get better results when using shorter MIDI notes than using longer ones + stacatto notes. Hmm.

Have you humanized the timing so all the attacks do not hit simultaneously? Even if so, you might want to vary it a bit more.
Sounded like a snippet of Khachaturian for a moment but I don't remember that specific lick.

Tried that too. It helped! I guess I'm not happy with the actual sound I'm getting... it's hard to explain. Ill post a demo of what I've done soon to show you how it sounds thus far.
