225 Piano Showcases? My heavens, Larry.

And as with the others I've heard, once again,
    a showcase, indeed, it is!

    My best,

    Re: "Piano Showcase #225"

    Larry,

I really liked the piano writing here. Some passages remind me of Mozarts's Don Giovanni - and I mean that as a compliment. There were times, though when the orchestra part didn't quite work for me - not quite sure why. Radical thought: would this work as a solo piano work? I think the ideas are compelling, and the piano writing is so well handled, that it could be done. Anyway, please take this a constructive thought - and feel free to toss it in the trash. But I did want to register my 2 cents.

    Hope you are feeling well.

    All the best.
