Memory and other problems with JABB

I am having a problem loading instruments in JABB. I can load 5 saxes, 4 trumpets, and 2 trombones but adding anything else produces a LOW MEMORY alert. I have just added a Creative X-FI sound blaster with ASIO. I have 1.25 GIG of RAM and about 50 Gig of HD remaining.

After those instruments are loaded, I can get sound by moving the mod wheel but when the score plays, most of the instrument do not play.

    Help!

The low memory alert usually starts popping up at about the 70% load point. If you open the Windows Task Manager (control-alt-delete) and choose the Performance tab you can see the exact usage of RAM as you load instruments.

I suggest using the Lite instruments for inner parts to save some RAM. The demos I created were done on a 2.4Ghz machine and I found that a full big band could only be handled by using as many Lite instruments as possible. Otherwise, I used the "freeze" function in Sonar to free up resources as I created the finished demos with the full instruments. I generally used 4 instances of JABB and froze two of them to allow playback. Faster machines, of course, would require less freezing. Interestingly, I duplicated (for my own curiosity) the demos but used almost all Lite instruments and the results were surprisingly similar to the full instruments (with the loss of some of the fancier features.)
