Top Secret Military Project - The Bugle Emulator

Even the U.S. Military has also been working with sample technology:

    The Bugle Emulator

This bugle emulator sits in the bell of a real bugle and plays a collection of calls, including "Taps." Due to a shortage of actual bugle players, the Pentagon had already ordered 700 of these to be used at military funerals in 2003.

I have never been a fan of these. In fact, it was the topic of my college essay. They fill the need, but at what cost?

    Fortunately there is an alternative.

Sampled recordings are not for our veterans. They deserve better.

Would the same technology work for rifles?

Unfortunately, as we all know, bullets are not the problem, people are. Oh well.

    I agree entirely.

Personally I see this as a design flaw:

    People should be bulletproof.
