    Clarinet Concerto #1 Complete

Hey all, sorry about not being active in the listening section for the past 2 weeks, was listening to stuff on the acidplanet area, doing some writing and studying for tests and getting frustrated with the strad lol. Any ways I wish you all well and here is the complete op31.

    1. Allegro

    2. Adagio

    3. Rondo

Thank you all for listening and commenting.

all the movements have some charm but for me the finale is easily the best --you've recaptured a genuine classical spirit which ain't easy and I can see you're going to be going places. Hard to keep up with all your Acid Planet postings!

My! You do not disappoint, Tovan!

Excellent writing from one end to the other.

The Adagio I found especially moving, by the way... a perfect counterbalance to the beautifully idiomatic opening Allegro.

That closing Rondo, though, is most definitely my favorite of the movements.

My congratulations on a first-rate musical achievement, Tovan!

    All my best,

BRAVO, Colonel!! A very enjoyable concerto. The third movement was especially good. Even though it has a Mozart like quality, some very original writting shines through.
