    Hello Luk!

I found a link that may help. You may need to read down a little.

    http://www.thetechzone.com/articles/ram_drive/

Fellow mentions a friend who's built a Ram drive utility that circumvents limits, up to 2GB of ram.

    Regards,

    Alex.

You might consider knocking the resolution and frame rate down, and compressing the file. You can usually compose to a 15 fps rate more than adequately. That would save a lot of drag on your machine.

    Hi Luk,

maybe it's an option to convert the video to a lower resolution to safe some space and system usage a well.

    Regards

    Kai

I agree with everyone above... just convert it to a small mpg with a lower frame rate. I've been doing this for the last few months, since I'm stuck with just one machine.
