Ok, I am going to ask for some mix advice....

Howdy. Below is my first peice with EWQLSO Platinum. It is not new, simply a re-do of a peice I have already done with my hw synths.
I was wondering if anyone could kindly comment and offer any suggestions mix-wise? How does the balance sound? EQ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance.

First of all, I like it very much, too bad that it's only 1:18 long

What I would change (this is nitpicking and personal taste, so don't take it
    as 'negative'):

    - I can't locate the flute at the beginning. I'd make it a tad more dry to give
it a real place on stage.

    - you're creating a great sense of room with the strings left and right and the
percussion in the middle. What I miss a little bit is something in-between,
e.g. when the strings are placed at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock and the percussion
at 12 o'clock I'd place the harp at 10:30 and the woodwinds at 11:00 and
    1:00 to fill this room.

But again, that's nitpicking, I think the mix sounds great as it is.

    Keep on the good work.
    Tom

Hey guys - thanks much for your comments.

    First off, two good suggestions:

    1. The flute in the beginning does in fact sound better drier (or is that dryer?)

    2. The piatti at 0:55 does in fact benifit from raising the master fader a bit to give more impact. It is not compressed, but now that that was mentioned, I see that it does kinda sound that way, for some reason.

    Thanks again!
