    converting: Acid>Rex? Refill>Rex?

Are either of these conversions possible? The point of it would be to have the material available as converted files for RMX.

Refills are sound (program/patch) material I think, so maybe they have nothing to do with the Rex format.

But acid files are a "sliced " format so I would think that conversion is possible - I just don't know how.

    Thanks!

    Hey Nigel,

No conversion on the Acid front that I'm aware of. Even if there was, I'm sure there would still need to be tweaking on each loop to optimize it for the REX format.

As for ReFills, many DO have REX files in them. The core library that ships with Reason has quite a few.

There is a "Refill Unpacker" program floating around that is supposed to allow one to get into a ReFill to pull out the REX files, although I haven't checked it out.

    Hope that sheds some light!

    Sincerely,
    Kyle
