    Nils' Speed Control Script

Nils just posted a new script that will allow you to change articulations in a key switched instrument based on how fast you play.

    Excellent work!

Thanks Bob. When you posted the link the script wasn't completely finished. Now the script has been updated to be more generally applicable and useful. Now one can control articulation with an arbitrary MIDI CC, and it's possible configure the key switch range to make it possible to use manual key switching with any instrument. It's also possible to link the time base of the speeds either to the tempo of ones song or to a fixed 100 BPM.
I also made some basic support for switching between articulations of different K2 instruments, and I added a screenshot and usage instructions on the web page above.

    Best,
    Nils

    Sorry about that

The new scripting for the controller option should help solve the problem of detemining the articulation before the note is played. Excellent!

How about adding the possibility of using an additional controller (like the sustain pedal) to lock the currently selected articulation?
