newly upgraded K2 will not launch??

Either as standalone or within SX 3.1.1 (have the latest update). Should I uninstall K2 and then load back K1 and update K2 again (possible something has been corrupted???

On the line (for a long time with NI) - appreciate someone's advice here.

    Thanks

Have you downloaded the latest update from the NI website?
If not, try this before dowgrading again.

Thanks but no effect. I'll unistall, reinstall and update (nothing later than 2.02, right?)

Did you try a 'custom' uninstall?
If not, give it a try, you can additionally remove all K2 registry entries
(what the automatic uninstall NOT does) to clean up your system
    completely.
After that, you have to register K2 again, but that's no problem.
    Good luck,
    Tom

PS: I don't know if this applies for a Mac system...
