    Water Colour No.1

Here's a little harp solo I wrote a while ago. It was performed in real time by a friend of mine (called Bill). He sent me a midi file, so I had to hear what it sounded like using one of the GPO harps (I thought chromatic harp1 sounded the best).

This is really nice, Mark, and your tempo variations certainly added to the overall professional sound. Excellent writing!

A very serene, beautiful and peaceful piece. I enjoyed this a lot.

Just wanted to add my own words of congratulations on some beautiful lyrical writing. I really like the rendering as well.
    Great job.

Great work, Mark. Sensitive and beautiful writing, and an idiomatic performance. Beautiful.

Lovely piece, Mark; simple, lyrical, and gently moving -- and the writing for harp is excellent... idiomatically well suited to the harp; but it also brings out the strength, clarity, and fullness that skillful writing can draw from the instrument.
