Will be an update for Garritan Strings?

I was one of the first Garritarn Strings owners, but since then.. a lot of new sampling improvements have been applied in other sampling libraries like EWQL Orchesta series , Sonic Implants Strings or Vienna Sound Library.

I wonder if Garritan is working on a "real competitor" to this libraries using kontakt2 or giga v3 tecnology (new programming scripts).

I miss good solo instruments (I've only seen the new solo violin but no viola, cello or basses), better legato passages.. "more playability and less programming" (we are musicians )

    thanks

From what I know, Gary started developing a GOS2 but decided to make it a GPOA . . . I think.

The plan is to include GOS2 in GPOA. That's about all we know at this point.
