MIDI Harp Packets

I tried to download the MIDI Harp Packets at Updates and Downloads but instead of a DL I see a MP3 window that plays silence. I'm assuming this has been put on hold.

My GPO library has the midi harp packets on disc four.

Did you try right clicking on the link and saving? Sounds like you may have tried to left click on the link and your media player tried to playback the MIDI file. The harp packets are in MIDI file form but are intended to be imported to your sequencer's MIDI tracks after you download the file to your HD.
