"Pretending Not To Exist" - by Halsey Burgund

And now for something very different.

Halsey Burgund sent in his new work with GPO called "Pretending Not To Exist".

The work uses lost of GPO woodwinds which come in later in the piece.
Halsey writes that the Modern Oboe 3 sample was one of his favorites along with the clarinets. As you can tell, Phillip Glass and Steve Reich were big influences.

Thanks Halsey for sharing this work with us and welcome to the Garritan community!

Wow. It's certainly different. It's very entertaining, the different mixes create an interesting effect. I find it amazing how all of you make such mixures. Nice usage of the woodwinds and the piano. And yes, I definitely see your influences.

    Oh, and welcome!
