How to get pedal down with no pedal??

I use Kontakt 1.5.3(Mac OS 9) and am using Sampltekk Vertikal.
I have no sustain pedal and was wondering how to trigger the pedal down samples.
    Thanks, Jamie

In the komtakt editor You could change CC64 (Pedal) to CC1 (Modwheel)
But, you are loosing a hand.

Thats why Bartolomeo di Francesco Cristofori invented the piano pedal in 1711

You can also draw in the sustain controller (well, in Logic at least..) where 127 is pedal down, and 0 is pedal up.

if you're using SOnar too, have a look at MFX Key Peddler at http://www.tencrazy.com/gadgets/mfx/

    Or
in Kontakt, to trigger the "pedal down" group,
under Group Start Options, you can change the it CC64 to a note key (keyswitch). Remember to set the key switch for the other pedal-off group too.
