Found It!! It's Working! Thanks Akihito!!
I'm Using the Roland Gr-30.It's an older model but does the job.
I'm still waiting for a Zero Millisecond delay model(on the 6th string!)
Anyone know of a model with these specs?

There's no such thing like 0 millisecond delay.

Anyway AFAIK the best one is the Axon guitar to MIDI converter.

    http://www.musicindustries.com/axon/

If I remember correctly on that site you find some information about the latency of the Axon, describing why it works better than others.

    Terratec bought Axon last year.

I saw the guitar to midi converter in action at Musikmesse Franfurt 2005 and it worked very nicely. (within the limits of a guitar to MIDI converter).
It even recognize the position of where you hit the string and you can assign different instruments to the position.

    cheers,
    Benno
