    Giga machine: comments

Here is the giga machine I plan to get. I'm assembling from seperate parts. Please tell me if I shouldn't get this, or this you don't really need or this doesn't work with this or whatever. (I'm still debating weather or not to ditch the floppy drive)
The links will take you to a page off full specs.

    Thanks!
    -Chris

Consider a Socket 939 board/cpu. Also, consider getting a processor with no fan, and installing a Zalman, or something. If the machine is in the same room with you, you'll want it quiet.
