"Le Grande Valse" (...a bit of an unusual combination...)

    No longer available...

    Y'all,

This is my "Le Grande Valse" which is a bit of an unusual combination of flute and marimba plus strings.

This work is difficult to play but it has been performed by live musicians.

    Regards,

    Larry A.

    Delightful!!

Which flute did you use? Was this all GPO?

    Great work!

    Hi Larry

C'est une valse fabuleuse! . Great, and unusual indeed.

Mais, s'il vous plaît, 'La Grande Valse".

    Kind Regards

An unusual combination, but works great!! I love it! It definitely has that Alexanderian touch. Very beautiful, I love the textures, especially at around 2:00 with melody in flute and arppeggios in marimba. I would never have thought of the combination, but now I just may have to try it myself. Thanks for another great piece.

    Merci, Louis.

    I appreciate your comments.

It should be La Grande Valse? Thanks for the French lesson.
