So, what about LSD? Do you like it?

Do you think there is a better choice?
I saw DKFH demos and it sounds great, but i think they
spent a week to do it. It's simply unusable.
In Larry's video, mapping doesn't looks comfortable.
    What do you think.

LSD is pretty cool....it's been a while and I think I'm too old now to fly that way....but in my wild years it was a different story!

    Hey Max,

I'd recommend that you check out BFD too. I have to say I'm confused why you said DKFH sounds great , but unusable ? They might have spent a week or so RECORDING , but the editing is where the real time comes in. Can't judge a library on how long it took hehe . Any questions, just fire them back.

    Cheers,

The mapping in LSD is totally comfortable. I wouldn't think twice about it if that is your only concern. The library is as slamming as they come. It's really hard to point out one particular thing or another that is amazing, as the whole thing qualifies for that title. The toms are extremely playable, and have that lovely slappy-yet-melodic quality that can really carry the load. You can carry a groove on them, which is not something you can say about every product on the market.

    The snares are exquisitely covered.

If the mapping bugs you, you can choose to use the General MIDI kits, but I am certain that you would not make that choice after you had a few minutes to figure out the extended mapping for yourself. It offers much more flexibility. All of the elements of the kit are easily exchanged and substituted.
