    The Lord's Prayer

    Finally!
After owning GPO for almost exactly 1 year I finally have it!!

    My first GPO!!!!!!

    YAY!!

    http://cptexas0.tripod.com/home/id10.html

This is the Lord's Prayer arranged for chorus, pipe organ, and orchestra. The orchestra and pipe organ is GPO. The chorus and piano is Cakewalk TTS-1.

I dedicate this arrangement of this beautiful piece of music with all my love to my mother and my father, who have done SO much for me and have always been there for me through good times and bad.

I'd appreciate comments of all types (except composition, since I didn't compose it ) orchestration, arrangement, ya know...all the usual stuff.

    Enjoy!

    Hi Chris

Is it just me, but I can't find the mp3 to download. When I click on the download link on your page, it just opens a blank page.

    Hope to listen soon.

    Kind Regards

Arg. If it stinks, tell me. If it rocks, tell me. If it's in MONO even though it SHOULDN'T be please tell me.

    I have to fix that.
Just upgraded to Sonar from Music Creator 2002. My exports were mono in MC, but seemed to be stereo in Sonar. I wonder what happened.

It should play on the page...I get code when I click download.

    I'll look into it...

This is so embarrassing. A mono file that nobody can download for a first GPO.

    Re: The Lord's Prayer

    Chris,
I got it to play but had to use IE, I prefer Fire Fox. Anyway, this is a very good arrangement. I found it to be reverent on a grand scale. Sound corny? Some sacred music should not be bombastic (such as this piece) and you succeeded. You might consider bringing the choir up in the beginning but otherwise it is quite good.
Never look at the trombones. It only encourages them. Richard Strauss
