    Fun with Stylus and Atmosphere

    Hey Guys,

Over the weekend I thought it would be fun to do a short version of the Mission Impossible theme utilizing Stylus RMX and Atmosphere. When it was all said and done I added in some horns from the SAM Hors lib, here are both versions for your listening pleasure.

    Hi Rich -

Was thinking recently of all the TV themes that are so good:

    Mission Impossible
    Hawaii Five O
Avengers - the original good ones with Diana Rigg (Laurie Johnson, I think composed)
Perry Mason - what a masterpiece
Medical Center - Although a little campy with the siren, as a teen, I liked it and I had a crush on the guy that played the doctor, Dr. Joe Gannon. Can't remember the real actors name though...

Anyway - regarding your MI renditions - the first one with the horns is good. Only possible consideration is boosting up the brass volume and adding a little more eq sizzle/shrill to the brass.

Chad Everett sang "Ain't no Sunshine when She's Gone" on the Sonny and Cher Show once (during his run as Dr. Gannon). I have no idea why I remember that, but I do.

    The preferred version, of course.
