What is your audio card buffer settings?

    Hello everyone!

Regarding your audio card for Gigastudio , what buffer size does the majority of you are using??
I have GS3.1 with a RME digi9652..it's an older card I have the latest drivers ( or close to) and is GSIF 2 compatible.
I use Giga on a dedicated PC with a P4 3.4 and 1 gig of ram. I'm in raid 5 with 4 SATA drives at 7200 rpm.
I usually setup the buffer size to 64 samples but I experience some audio dropouts ( pops & clicks)...it get resolved by using a buffer size of 128 samples.
    Is 128 samples a common setting ??

    best regards

    Yves

128 and 256 are common settings.
