Handel - Entrance of the Queen of Sheba

Another short piece I just finished. This is from the third act of Handel's Salomo.

Thanks. I love Olde Englysh. It employed creative spelling. Working on another Mozart, we'll see how it comes out.

    valhalx,

Glorious and very well done! I savored every note.

You have a knack for the strings and nice interplay with the winds.

Thanks for posting this. You're off the a great start with your first two GPO works!

Good luck on the Mozart (I just love him....I want to have his baby!)

I think that emulation of classics is the greatest test of a sample set. GPO often excels at this....this says something.........

Thanks to Hardy and Gary both. My choice of Mozart to start was intentional. Not only do I love his music but it is very difficult to pull off, not just on a computer but in actual performance. I seem to always take the hard road. Once again, thanks for your kind compliments. Val

    Esimi Angli Musici,
per la sfortuna mia non possovi che risponder in Italico, antico o men che l'sia.

Dirovvi fuor di gioco che il dir Vostro m'incanta come lo Vostro sonare,

(...sounds like: nice play, nice text, best regards. But in ancient Italian of course!)
