    You know, I was looking into this controller for quite some time and almost bought it when it came out. What stopped me was the spring-loaded combination pitch / modwheel "joystick". There is no after touch as well if one is used to this feature. I hear the 12 assignable velocity setting were useful. I would suggest trying it out at some music store first.

    I have the PCR-M80 controller and find it excellent in all areas except as mentioned before, its lack of mod wheel and substituted joystick control. This can be annoying when performing certain functions, but that besides, its a good controller. 7/10
