    Thumbs up Project SAM=Excellent customer service

    The SAM Truestrike Starter Edition arrived Monday missing the 2 product discs. Today (Wednesday 10:00 AM) the replacement discs arrived. Maarten was on it right away so cudos for service to an already fine company.
    Buy lots of stuff from them! They make you sound good.

    I want buy it but when can i do my order in Europe??
    Bestsevice can't say a date....For Starter edition (virtual instrument).

    Yes, the guys at Project SAM are very customer service oriented. Mind you, I feel the same way about Doug Rogers from East West. And I'm heard the same about Gary Garritan and the fellas from Sonic Implants. This is one of the areas that have drawn me away from hardware based stuff. Just go to Harmony Central and read the reviews for keyboards from Korg, Yamaha and Roland. Almost everyone despises the custumer service from those big companies. These software/library developers are infinitely more approachable and hands-on in the after sale of their products with their customers. It's a great thing!

    You can order it directly from their website, as far as I know.

    If you have a valid company VAT number you do not have to pay EU taxes.
