    Hi Patrick, do you mean a snapshot of the images on your screen?

    If so, you press the "printscreen" button. Then open a graphical editor program, like Windows paint. and press ctrl+v paste.I assume you dont mean taking a photo of your computer. hehehe.

    And if you hold the control (or is it the shift?) button when pressing PrtScrn, it will copy just the active application's graphics, rather than the whole screen.

    No, you're not intellectually challenged. Windows just doesn't make it very intuitive. I've seen people diligently hammering away at the "print scrn" button before, waiting for something to happen, and nothing ever does.

    I think that MS should take a cue from Linux in this regard. If I push "print scrn" on my Linux box, it presents me with a dialogue box (with preview) asking where I would like to save the screenshot and with what filename. Like this:

    Much better and easier, methinks.
