NEW KIRK HUNTER DEMO - By Andrew Blaney

This is an original string ensemble work created exclusively for The Kirk Hunter Concert Strings Library by British Composer Andrew Blaney. We call it, Midnight Feeding. The work is recorded dry so that Northern Sounds members can download it and apply their own reverb.

Great demo of the fast attacks! And it even sounds great dry. It's nice to get a taste of the harmonics as well. It's a great effect that I think is underused by most of the demos I've heard on this forum. Maybe people just haven't had nice harmonic samples to work with.

The Solo Strings lib excels at (but isn't limited to) modern, agressive music with a hard edge and fast attacks. It sounds like this lib follows the same tradition.

Agree with everything Jon said - another great demo. Thanks for sharing Peter.

wow, I've been really impressed by the last several demos!
the concert strings sound really amazing!

    Peter,
I'm really curious to know more about the concert brass and woodwinds.
Can you give any details on the libraries themselves? and any release info? will giga come out first? or will they be both giga and kontakt?

    thanks

I can't give any brass details yet because I don't see the final version for beta testing until next week. I have heard and worked with some of the brass ensembles and they definitely equal and outperform other more expensive libraries. And at a killer price.

    Yes, GS first then Kontakt.
