    Waiting for spring

Tavasz varo, a Hungarian expression describing the yearning for the spring to come and winter to end. Both songs are my compositions in the traditional Hungarian style.

    Hello Ted,

    Beatiful music to my ears.

The longing for spring can be heard very clearly.

In the first song I would have loved to hear the harp louder.

The second song is my favorite, powerful and full of expression.

Thanks very much for sharing these touching songs.

    Re: Waiting for spring

    Hi Ted,

This is a very welcome lovely spring composition. I've been working for weeks now on a study piece (a classical movement from a cello concerto) and it is so damned difficult to realise a more or less decent cello performance. So your piece comforts my poor ears in such a lovely way!
Your orchestration and rendition are top notch. There is absolutely nothing to improve or to change. Again you touched my soul with your melancholic picture. It feels so good that it makes me almost cry.

Thanks so much for that beauty!

Thanks Max, your last sentence is the greatest compliment I ever received.
