Thank you Tom, your comment means a lot to me.
Hope you do not have too much of the white stuff?! We have an unusually cold winter in the Yucatan, in the 50-s during the nights and low 70-s in the day time.

Charming piece, Ted, fairytale-like,
with some beautiful passages!
Glad you posted it!

Hi Ted,
I can't but agree with the comments. A very great piece, beautifully orchestrated with such a delicacy and subtlety. If this is a trial (as you say), you should be trying more often! The result is sooooo nice.
If you allow me one small remark: the volume differences in the mix are a bit out of proportion. I clearly see your intentions, and they are pretty much alright, but the end comes in too strong. Maybe a little normalising wouldn't harm, but then you'd have to reduce the volume near the end. This doesn't alter anything to your magnificent piece (please don't change a single note!), it would make the listening experience much more pleasing (without having o fiddle with the volume knob).
That said, I'm going to listen many more times to it. I really enjoy your trial!
Jos
Thanks Jos, and I agree with you about the volume on the end. It is now corrected.
I do value your comments as always. Thanks again
Ted
Saturday morning, Divertimento in C as a start of the day. I couldn't be better. What a great piece this is ! The strings really shine. Thank you, Ted.

That's perfect now. The changes made all the differenced. Now the compositions sounds as a consistent whole with very nice strings, in balance with the rest.
Congratulations, very well done! I'm still enjoying the beauty of it.
Jos
It is a beautiful piece. Who is the composer?
