Japan based free call and messaging app LINE has reached an agreement with Microsoft to acquire MixRadio, a free personal music streaming service. With with 170 million monthly active users in 230 countries, LINE made the acquisition to "expand its range of services to become an integral part of consumers' daily lives." MixRadio currently serves "millions of listeners across 31 countries," according a statement announcing the acquistion.
