Gary or anyone from Garritan Strings. I totally understand your situation and why you are behind in getting out the orders. No problem. However, it has been my experience that it is really helpful if you provide info on where you are at in terms of satisfying the backloged orders. An occasional post telling us when the order was placed for the GPOs that were shipped today would be great. I think we can all be patient, but if you have plans for music that would benefit from the tool (like I do now), it would really help to have an idea how the shipments are progressing. I have seen other online wendors do this and the customers really seem to respond positively. People also seem more tolerent of the delay when they areallowed to be moreinformed or involved with the progress... [img]images/icons/cool.gif[/img]
