A day a fter announcing that it had surpassed 10 million active monthly users and driven $100 million in tickets sales, Songkick today upgraded its iOS app. The new feature suggests live concerts based on shows the user has been to in the past and the artists they are tracking. Previously Songkick only used Spotify libraries and playlists to drive concert recommendations. Driving fans to more shows is increasingly important to artists and the music industry.
