Howard Shore will win since he already won the Golden Globe.

I was hoping Zimmer would get a nod for Last Samurai, my favorite score from last season.

I felt LOTR score was the weakest of the three... IMHO

I was hoping Davis will get nomination for Revolutions...

But as allways, if the movie isn\'t \"oscar material\" then the score will not get deserved recognition...

    Too bad...

    Well...hope Shore gets another one..

Dady-Williams? Don\'t know if you mean John Williams. But he didn\'t write any scores in 2003 so it would be hard to get nominated.

My vote goes to Yared ... but, the nod never goes to the BEST score, so LOTR will probably take it.

Really, you guys liked Last Samuri score? In context of the movie? As a stand-alone work, i thought it was great, but had very little emotional impact in the movie, i thought.

And Big Fish is not typical Elfman, so he gets my vote as runner up, simply because he pushed himself to do something completely different.

If i recall, the last one he won was 10 years ago .... so i guess the academy also agrees. Yep, Schindler\'s List will probably be his last win. Great Score too!
