Did anyone listen to Korg Legacy Soft-Synth at NAMM?

Just curious in the sound...I know it emulates the Wavestation among other classic korg stuff. My first Keyboad was a Korg 01/w ProX and I still love the ambient pads akin to the Wavestation. Also, any price/release info?

I saw the mini controller at Korg\'s booth and immediately dismissed the booth, because I am currently averse to hardware synths. I had no idea that they were actually demo-ing their new softsynths...which I\'m -very- interested in

I hope they can eventually bring my DW-8000 back to life.

The demo I saw was VERY impressive! I\'m definitely buying this package at some point. All of the knobs and patch cables on the retro controler send MIDI messages! It all seemed very efficient on the CPU as well. The wavestation sounded even better than I remembered it. All in all, I was knocked out by the package.

hehe ...loved the Wavestation - wonder if you can use other samples then the original ones - they were not too good all of them...
