Well here's my piece that got buried a few days ago. :D

This is the first song I ever wrote. I've been working on it about a month now. It was created with Overture SE and GPO. Can give a list of instruments if wanted. As stated before, the piece isn't finished and probably never will be. :p

Have fun. I'll be back with a waltz sometime soon (I hope.)

Hi Joseph,

Sorry your piece that got buried. The Memorial Day weekend and getting used to the changes in the forum.

Very nice writing and you are off to a good start. Scoring with notation can be difficult. Sometimes it helps to bring it into a sequencer for additional work.

Looking forward to also hearing your upcoming waltz.

Hi Joe,
This has come a long way since the first draft you sent me! Wow, keep up the good work and don't let this one linger. I can see this as an underscore for a play or musical dialogue.
Cool, let's hear the waltz.

If you plan to get this performed by live musicians, I'd recommend putting the score in proper order. In your case, this would be:

Flute
Clarinet
Bassoon

Trombone
Tuba

Timpani
BD
Tubular Bells

Piano

Violins
Cellos
Bass

Keep it up, composing is just about the best thing a person can do with his time!
